- 1 can tuna drained
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 small pickle chopped
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese blended
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Open the can of tuna and drain the water.
Finely chop the carrot, celery, green onion, and pickle.
In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In a large bowl, combine the tuna and chopped vegetables.
Pour the dressing over the mixture and stir until well coated.
Serve with crackers, in a sandwich, or on lettuce wraps.
