Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 small pickle chopped
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese blended
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Open the can of tuna and drain the water.
  • Finely chop the carrot, celery, green onion, and pickle.
  • In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • In a large bowl, combine the tuna and chopped vegetables.
  • Pour the dressing over the mixture and stir until well coated.
  • Serve with crackers, in a sandwich, or on lettuce wraps.
  • Enjoy!
