Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded coconut sweetened
  • cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup powdered sugar optional
  • 12 ounces dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered sugar. Stir until combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small rectangular bars. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
  • Melt the dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled coconut bar into the melted chocolate, coating fully. Let excess drip off.
  • Place the bars back on the parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.
