- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Mix flours and salt in a bowl.
Gradually add hot water and oil, mixing to form a dough.
Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Divide into 10 balls and rest for 5 minutes.
Roll each ball into a thin round shape.
Heat a skillet and cook each chapati for 30 seconds per side.
Flip again, press gently, and cook until golden brown.
