Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix flours and salt in a bowl.
  • Gradually add hot water and oil, mixing to form a dough.
  • Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide into 10 balls and rest for 5 minutes.
  • Roll each ball into a thin round shape.
  • Heat a skillet and cook each chapati for 30 seconds per side.
  • Flip again, press gently, and cook until golden brown.
  • Remove and keep warm.
