Ingredients
  

  • 420 g white chocolate
  • 1 tin 397g condensed milk
  • 250 g Mars Bars divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking tin with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine condensed milk, white chocolate, and 150g of Mars Bar chunks. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in the remaining 100g of Mars Bar chunks.
  • Pour into the prepared baking tin, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle extra Mars Bar chunks on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Once set, cut into squares and enjoy.
