- 420 g white chocolate
- 1 tin 397g condensed milk
- 250 g Mars Bars divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt optional
Line an 8x8-inch baking tin with parchment paper.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine condensed milk, white chocolate, and 150g of Mars Bar chunks. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in the remaining 100g of Mars Bar chunks.
Pour into the prepared baking tin, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle extra Mars Bar chunks on top.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Once set, cut into squares and enjoy.
