Ingredients
  

  • 125 g baking spread or unsalted butter
  • 100 g light brown sugar
  • 75 g granulated sugar
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 300 g chocolate chips dark, milk, white

Instructions
 

  • Cream the butter and sugars.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract.
  • Mix in dry ingredients.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Shape into balls and chill for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C fan.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes.
  • Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
